Xander's brain hadn't even registered that they weren't alone when Brian pulled away, heck it still hadn't even finished processing the fact that he was being kissed by a guy. If it had, there would have been much more with the protesting. He hated that his brain was slow at times like these, probably why he was such a good demon magnet. Of course, it probably was made slower by the fact that guy was a good kisser and...oh so not going there.
But seeing Anya's shocked look and hearing her loud question kick started his brain back into action. He shook his head furiously as his hands went to Brian's chest in an attempt to push him off. "Anya! No! This...NO I'm not gay! This isn't what it looks like! We...he....Really, not gay here!" God he just wanted a hole to hide in.
